Users Data Use. Users Data may be accessed and used to fulfill the requirements specified in the DOTMobile Saas (Software as a Service) and/or DOTMobile Web Portal Online AGREEMENTS. Dotando Inc technical staff may require periodic access to Users Data to monitor system performance, test systems and develop and implement upgrades to systems.
Any temporary copies of Users Data created as a necessary part of this process are only maintained for time periods relevant to those purposes. Dotando Inc may also be required to provide personal information to comply with legally mandated reporting, disclosure or other legal process requirements. Dotando Inc reserves a limited right to disclose any personally identifiable information we receive if required by law or valid order of a court or other governmental authority, or if needed to protect the health and safety of Dotando Inc employees, a client’s employees, or the general public. Dotando Inc may transfer and access Users Data globally as required for the purposes specified above.
Dotando Inc does not use Users Data except as stated above or as provided in the relevant DOTMobile Saas (Software as a Service) and DOTMobile Web Portal Online User AGREEMENTS. Dotando Inc may process Users Data, but does not control the Buyer or Business Partner’s information collection or use practices for Users Data.
The Buyer and Business Partner are responsible for providing any notices and/or obtaining any consents necessary for Dotando Inc to access and use Users Data as specified in this privacy statement and the DOTMobile Saas (Software as a Service) and DOTMobile Web Portal Online User AGREEMENTS.
Dotando Inc access to Users Data is based on job role/responsibility. Users Data residing in Dotando Inc hosted systems is controlled via an access control list mechanism, as well as the use of an account management framework. As Buyers and Business Partners control access to Users Data by its customers, customers should direct any requests related to their personal information to Buyers and Business Partners.
Certain Software Offerings may provide Buyers and Business Partners the ability to collect personal information, via cookies and other technologies, from their end-users. Buyers and Business Partners should seek their own legal advice about any laws applicable to their collection of such information, so that Buyers and Business Partners can be sure that they are complying with those laws, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
